On May 12th, hundreds of CEOs and officials from related organizations gathered for an event which consisted of excellent cases and explanation of a support system.
▲ KOREA TECH LINC (Leaders in Industry-university cooperation) held ‘The 4th, Day of Family Company’ at the Art hall of the Galleria department store in great success
KOREATECH’s Leaders in Industry-University Cooperation (hereafter LINC) held “The 4 th Day of Family Company” at the Art hall of the Galleria department store in Cheon-an. The event was held on 12 th of May with hundreds of CEOs including Oh Seok-song; CEO of Meta Biomed CO, and officials from related organizations such as Cheon-an city hall and Chungnam Venture Association.
This event had various programs to build an effective and continuous relationship of the Industry-University Cooperation. For example, there were The Man of Merit Award for Industry-University Relationship, The Guideline for KOREATECH’s Company Support Program, Presentation of Excellent Cases of LINC (Employment, Design and Marketing Support, Mentoring and Final Project Research, Field Practice and many others).
There was an especially helpful opportunity for sharing LINC program’s cases. Those excellent cases were selected among the cases for 3 years in LINC programs. Afterwards, there was a presentation of “The Guideline for KOREATECH’s Company Support Program”. The presentation explained how to activate industry-university projects through the company support program.
Kim Yu-sik (Senior of Industrial Design Engineering Major) said, “It was great experience for working with the company of LINC program. I am excited because commercialization is staring us in the face. And also this project helped me a lot to do my final project.” Kim Yu-sik and Lee Da-eun (Mun Mu-gyeong, Adviser) accomplished a great performance by developing the product of a coffee manufacturing company; Mcnulty Coffe Korea. This accomplishment was made from the support of Family Company Mentoring and Industry-University linked final project.
